Thanks for linking to my blog and your comments.  I actually have similar concerns about scalability (I didn&#039;t process mgmt consulting for Fortune 500s for a while) but...I&#039;m also passionate about trying to find a solution to the issue.  I obviously don&#039;t have the answer but I think it is the management question for our time.  Things like training managers to follow Liz&#039;s examples - both online and off is a great start!</description>
