    Nice. Although United hasn't damaged any of my bags, I have had the same abysmal customer service from them on my last several trips. The service is so terrible that my wife and I have actually gone out of our way to avoid taking United flights when we can. This is especially sad for us given that we *met* on a United flight in December, 2001.
